Private Prayer
Yes. You can pray formally or informally.
In ordered worship or within a small group that honours confidentiality.
So what about if you are alone?
Go to a private place and pray.
Jesus recommended this type of prayer in Matthew 6:6.
Pray for yourself and others. Ask not to be alone...ask the Holy Spirit to come and enlighten you!
Jesus also said,
"This is how you should pray: "Our Father,...."

Pray for yourself in the manner Jabez, "the Big Pain", did to the God of Israel and of all nations.
"Oh, that You would bless me indeed,
and enlarge my territory,
that Your hand would be with me,
and that You would keep me from evil,
that I may not cause pain!" 1 Chronicles 4:10

YOU should love others as you love yourself!
So intercess, plead for and even bargain for others with a Jabez-type prayer. Jesus loved the arguments of people of faith -(ex. - even the dogs get crumbs at a rich person's table; I am a person in power, I give orders and I don't have to go; you stopped horrible Paul on the road to Damascus, so YOU CAN stop _____(name) too so they will not do any harm and love YOU too.... etc.)
Give blessings. Say specific ones. And say "general" ones like Jabez's prayer and Aaron's blessing of Numbers 6:24-26 that "cover" every area of a person's prayer needs. If possible put your hand on their hand or head. Especially bless anyone who asks you for prayers or is close to you. Bless me...me too, my ________. (Esau's plea Gen 27:34)

The blank could be "friend", or father, mother, sister, brother, benefactor, indifferent acquaintance.... Jesus would say, "Bless those...those too, who are or seem your enemies.""Oh, that You would bless ______, ______,.... and _____(names) indeed,
and enlarge all their territories,
that Your hand would be with all of them,
and that You would keep all of them from evil,
that all of them may not cause pain!"
If you are married you can pray:
"Oh, that You would bless _____(Spouse's name) and me indeed,
and enlarge our territory,
that Your hand would be with us,
and that You would keep us from evil,
that we may not cause pain!"

Be a Jesus Christ believing witness. 2 witnesses are required in a "legal" situation.
If there are 2 and you agree on Jesus' testimony, you witness to one another.
If you are 3, any two who agree can witness to the third.
Your witness becomes more effective when 3 agree!
Do agree that the Creator loves all peoples! Let us not harden our hearts.
