Missing human loot and plunder

Imagine owning nothing, trapped and hidden away, with no one looking for you.That is what happens to Isaiah 42:22 people.
Why did no one speak up when they became poor by being looted and plundered?
They even became merchandise. Exchanged? Traded? Gambled away too? No names.
No one looked for them? Were they bad? Didn't rescuers know were to look? Were rescuers afraid themselves?
Among human loot are all kinds of people, babies born to the human loot, old and now "useless" people, someone's child, someone who has no known relative or friend, people without ID papers, sick people, .....
Why didn't someone speak up to send them back? Did this people look so bad, they would indite their "owners"?
Would they survive being sent home? Too weak? Was there no one to send them back to? Was there no place to welcome them?
This is a people plundered and looted, all of them trappped in pits or hidden away in prisons. They have become plunder, with no one to rescue them/ they have been made loot, with no one to say,
"Send them back (to me)." "Direct Quote": Isaiah 42:22

Oh, Lord Jesus Christ Messiah. Help us so no one will ever be looted and plundered in the first place.
Give hope to those who can help on any "day of clouds and darkness."
Then no one will dare to dehumanize and trap and hide them away.
Lord, are we the ones that will listen and pay close attention now? (Re:Isa 42:23)
We know that help comes from you. You said to those whose tongues are parched with thirst:

You answered cries before.

Hear the cries of trapped and hidden people.
